This Privacy Policy explains how Green View Valley, operated by NMTT Constructions ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit gvvsamui.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

  • Information you give us directly. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you write. When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information WhatsApp and you choose to share, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
  • Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and form service (Netlify Forms) may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, for security and spam-prevention purposes.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this Site.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form or WhatsApp
  • To provide information about villa availability, pricing, and viewings
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
  • To meet legal or regulatory obligations where applicable

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate this Site:

  • Netlify (hosting and contact form processing) — Netlify's own privacy policy governs how it handles data on our behalf.
  • WhatsApp / Meta — if you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts — used to display the Site's typefaces. Font files are served from Google's servers.

5. Data retention

We keep contact form submissions and enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain business records, typically no longer than needed for these purposes unless a longer period is required by law.
